5–7 volunteer leaders (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Student Lead, Welfare Lead, Events Lead).

Advisory Board

Respected community figures and university representatives

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide; campus reps where needed.

Membership

Free basic membership; low‑cost supporter tier with perks (priority events, discounts).

Compliance

Register as an association / NFP; simple code of conduct & safeguarding policy.
